New England Coffee is a much-loved regional coffee brand - looking to grow its footprint into expansion markets - and keep customers loyal even when it's not on sale in the grocery store. The coffee category is crowded and discount driven - so we needed to create a brand platform that reminded consumers about the important role coffee plays in their daily lives - and if that first cup isn’t right, their day just isn’t right.

Our research told us that New England Coffee is known for being a consistently good cup of coffee - and that it’s been brewed that way for over 100 years. So we created a campaign that spoke directly to our primary target - the Mom everyone counts on at home. And she counts on every cup of New England Coffee to help create the moments that matter for her family.

We created a multi-channel campaign - and a robust social media presence - that tapped in and connected our brand to the power of these personal moments.
