Let’s Sing Louisiana

Louisiana has been incredibly hard hit during the pandemic, and Louisiana Fish Fry wanted a way to give back, and help feed its neighbors in need. As music is deeply rooted in the soul of every Louisianan, we leveraged the power and optimism of the state song, and turned it into an opportunity to shine.

We created an socially-driven UGC campaign, offering to donate a meal for every time someone sang, posted and tagged us with the #letssinglouisiana hashtag. We’d hoped to get 50 entries - and were overwhelmed with the outpouring of support - ultimately receiving over 250 video submissions.

The unbreakable spirit and flavor of the people of Louisiana was on full display, and we were rewarded with amazing content as the campaign took on a life of its own. It was a huge public relations and earned media success for our client during a difficult time, and a way to use the power of the brand, to help the people who needed it most.
